For a healthy snack (and, if you're on a juice fast, a break from all of that drinking) juice-pops are the best!
Keep in mind, whenever you boil or freeze juice, some of the Vitamin C and other heat sensitive nutrients are lost.
Let's get started!
For the juice, I used some of my Pink Punch.
Pink Punch
This recipe will make enough to fill 3 32oz. Ball jars
- 3 Grapefruits
- 2 Bunches of Grapes
- 1 Watermelon
- 1 Pineapple
Supplies
- 3 oz Solo Cups
- Bamboo Forks (Diamond Brand)
Directions
- Make juice (I used my Pink Punch)
- Pour the fresh juice into the 3 oz solo cups (3/4 full)
- Place in freezer for 1 hour
- After an hour (when the pop is a slushy consistency) insert 1 bamboo fork into the center of each cup
- Place back in freezer
- Once frozen solid, ENJOY!
