In Texas, Spring is a season that the Good Lord grants us sparingly. It is a tiny sliver of time situated between the Holiday Season (think winter, but with sparklier attire and cider-based cocktails), and Pool Season.
Spring, however short, is a refreshing and encouraging reminder that we all like to be outside! The ice storms end, flowers start to bloom, and people start searching for the best patios in town.
At my tiny nest (aka my condo), SBM and I like to think that we have a very charming patio of our own. In order to keep it charming, I spend a lot of time digging in my Urban Garden, and this calls for a refreshing drink!
